Berries and Spinach Smoothie Recipe

    This smoothie recipe is refreshing, packed with nutrients, and you can’t even taste the spinach! It’s a great choice for a quick addition to a meal or snack at any time of the day. 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries 
  • ½ cup blueberries 
  • 1 peeled banana 
  • ½ peeled kiwi 
  • 2 cups spinach 
  • ½ cup ice cubes 
  • 1 cup skim milk 
  • ½ cup 100% apple juice 
Directions: 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Enjoy!
