Pumpkin Cheesecake Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • sprinkle of nutmeg
Directions
Before you begin: Wash your hands.
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the nutmeg in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
  4. For a nuttier taste and another burst of nutrition, add ¼ cup toasted wheat germ to the blender. (Calories increase to 270 per serving, and fiber bumps up 1 gram.)
