groups of foods. You can maintain foods you enjoy eating by having a balanced
eating plan. For example, if you sometimes crave chocolate, try to eat dark
chocolate in small amounts so you're less likely to overeat it. Another
tip includes scheduling your snacks. Try to keep portable, nutrient-dense snacks in your
desk, backpack or car. One more thought is to keep a craving journal. Note the
time of day your craving appeared, how long it lasted, the food you craved, and how you handled the situation. All of these are good ideas to help handle
food cravings.
