How to Stay on Track with Your New Year's Resolutions

Have you made New Year’s resolutions related to diet, exercise or weight loss? Food journaling can aid in the weight loss process. Studies show that those who keep a food journal may lose up to double the amount of weight than those who don’t, and most of all they kept the weight off. By documenting what you eat and drink, how much and at what time, this can help you with overeating and identifying you’re eating patterns. You can also log your exercise and weight to track your progress. There are many ways you can record this information either by handwriting, typing or using an app. Try it out and keep those resolutions for a better you!
