Yogurt: What to Choose?

A study of 6,500 men and women found that people who eat two or more servings of yogurt per week have a healthier diet overall. What should you look for when picking a yogurt? Avoid yogurts that are milky-jellos. The ingredient list should show that it mostly contains cultured milk and cultures. What about Greek yogurt? You will be getting the same nutrients and probiotics from both but Greek has more protein. Try adding Stonyfield Fat Free Yogurt to your diet.
