The AU Dietetics Program is growing. The continued growth and development of this program has warranted the need for additional faculty. The search for a new faculty position in Dietetics was just announced. This is a full-time tenure position which will start in fall 2013. Dr. Vanata will continue as Program Director.
Although the Dietetics Program at AU is relatively new, it is attracting some of the best and brightest students from Ohio, as well as the surrounding region; including Michigan, Indiana, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Currently, the AU Dietetics Programs has about 42 students enrolled, with the Fall 2013 looking extremely strong and promising. Although the Dietetics curriculum can be challenging, the effort is well worth it. The field of Dietetics continues to grow, with many opportunities for employment.
Our goal is simple: Prepare students with the skills and content knowledge to become the future Dietetics Leaders of tomorrow.
