Attitude is Everything

Researchers from the University of Melbourne conducted studies on over 700 people regarding personality, diet and exercise. The research found that people who felt that they had control over their life and decisions lead a healthier life by making healthier food choices, exercising more, and also smoking and drinking less. Those who felt that life choices were just dependent on fate and luck lead more of an unhealthy lifestyle. Researchers also found that men were healthy in order to benefit physically, whereas women lived a healthy lifestyle just out of the enjoyment and overall benefits they received. The study found a direct link between attitude and personality with a healthy lifestyle. Try using motivational quotes and self-talk to boost your confidence to lead a healthier lifestyle.
