This vinaigrette is a simple dressing that is perfect to top any leafy green salad or roasted vegetables.
Citrus Vinaigrette
Makes 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
3 tbsp fresh orange juice
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 small shallot, diced
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a jar and shake well to combine.
2. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
