The seeds of this fruit are full of

To incorporate pomegranate into your diet add the seeds to salads, yogurt, or
top your oatmeal with them.
Salmon-
A food high
in omega-3 fatty acid. Omega-3 fatty acids protect the body against
cardiovascular disease and Alzheimer’s among others. To incorporate salmon into
your diet, try adding salmon to your spinach salad or in an omelet at breakfast.
