With the new year beginning schedules are busy. Sometimes this means that individuals do not eat breakfast. Breakfast is an important meal and should be eaten everyday. The ADA suggests a few quick and healthy breakfasts.
1. Low-fat yogurt with whole grain cereal.
2. Add dried cranberries and almonds to quick-cooking oatmeal.
3. Try a bran muffin and a smoothie made with low-fat milk.
