Foods That Create a Healthier Diet
The magazine,
Today's Dietitian
, gives a list of recommendations that will create a healthier diet.
1. Add food with plant sterols.
Lowers cholesterol if consumed daily
2. Eat whole grain and high fiber foods.
Sources include whole wheat, rye, barley, and corn
3. Choose olive oil over other fats.
Increases the body's good cholesterol (HDL)
